The role

Inmanta is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Support to join our dynamic team. This hands-on role combines elements of inside sales and sales development, with a focus on nurturing leads, driving pipeline growth, and supporting the sales cycle.

Main responsibilities 

1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:
  • Take the initiative to research and identify potential customers within new and existing geographies.
  • Use buyer personas to target outreach efforts effectively.
  • Proactively qualify leads and schedule meetings with promising prospects.
2. Lead Nurturing and Sales Cycle Support:
  • Execute a structured follow-up process for leads and prospects, ensuring consistent engagement.
  • Build relationships with prospects by sharing relevant content and resources.
  • Progress qualified leads through the sales funnel by providing timely information and support to the sales team.
  • Assist with deal management activities as needed (tenders, proposals).
 

What we value

  • 1-2 years of experience in a B2B sales, marketing, or related role
  • A self-starter with a proactive approach and a strong work ethic
  • Structured and precise
  • Based in Belgium and committed to work at our office in Leuven multiple times per week

B) Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational skills and time management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospects
  • Proficiency in learning new tools and CRM software
